Download Terms and Conditions: Commitment to Next 11 Academy for Fall and Spring Seasons

By paying the required deposit and submitting the registration form, you and your child agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. Commitment Duration: You and your child are committing to be members of Next 11 Academy for the entire Fall and Spring seasons of the 2023/2024 season, as specified in the offer letter and registration process.

2. Team Fees and Financial Obligations: You agree to pay the team fees as outlined in the offer letter and communicated by Next 11 Academy's administration. These fees cover training, coaching, facility usage, and other associated expenses. It is your responsibility to ensure timely payment of all fees, and you agree to have a zero balance by the end of the season.

3. Player Cards: Your child will be registered under Next 11 Academy and will possess player cards issued by the appropriate soccer governing bodies, in compliance with their respective rules and regulations. You understand that these player cards are necessary for your child's participation in league matches, tournaments, and other sanctioned events.

4. Attendance and Participation: Your child is expected to attend all scheduled training sessions, team activities, matches, and events unless prior notice of absence has been communicated to the coaching staff. Consistent attendance and active participation contribute to the overall development of the player and the success of the team.

5. Code of Conduct: Both you and your child agree to adhere to Next 11 Academy's code of conduct, which includes displaying respect towards coaches, teammates, opponents, officials, and supporters. Any misconduct, including but not limited to verbal or physical abuse, may result in disciplinary action, including the potential termination of membership.

6. Release and Liability: You acknowledge that participation in soccer activities involves inherent risks, and Next 11 Academy and its staff will take reasonable precautions to ensure a safe environment. However, you release Next 11 Academy, its coaches, staff, and affiliates from any liability for injuries, damages, or losses incurred during or related to participation in Next 11 Academy activities.

7. Termination: Next 11 Academy reserves the right to terminate membership at any time due to a breach of these terms and conditions or for any other justifiable reason, as determined by the club's management.

By paying the deposit and submitting the registration form, you affirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these terms and conditions. You acknowledge that you are legally authorized to enter into this commitment on behalf of your child.
