Next 11 Academy is seeking a Facility Manager to oversee the daily operations and upkeep of our soccer fields. This role is essential for maintaining a top-quality environment for our players and staff. The ideal candidate has experience in landscaping, maintenance, and coordinating with vendors.

Responsibilities:

• Manage day-to-day maintenance and upkeep of the Next 11 Academy soccer fields.

• Coordinate with vendors to ensure field maintenance (e.g., mowing, repairs) is completed accurately and on time.

• Handle projects related to landscaping, field upkeep, and minor facility repairs.

• Execute fertilizing and field lining tasks (bonus for prior experience).

• Maintain equipment and supplies inventory.

• Work 3–4 days a week, with flexible scheduling based on tasks and field needs.

Requirements:

• Experience in landscaping or facility management.

• Ability to work independently and solve maintenance issues efficiently.

• Reliable and willing to perform manual labor as required.

• Knowledge of field care and maintenance is a plus.

Compensation:

Photographer (Seasonal)

Next 11 Academy is looking for a talented Photographer to capture the essence of our players, teams, and events. This seasonal role is perfect for someone with a strong portfolio and a passion for storytelling through photography and video.

Responsibilities:

• Take professional photos of players, teams, and events during the soccer season.

• Shoot and edit high-quality video content for promotional materials and social media.

• Collaborate with coaches and staff to highlight key moments and achievements.

• Manage and organize photo and video archives for future use.

• Deliver final edits in a timely and professional manner.

Requirements:

• Proven experience and portfolio demonstrating photography and basic video editing skills.

• Ability to manage time effectively and work on tight deadlines.

• Strong creative eye and attention to detail.

• Contract position through June 1.

Next 11 Academy is seeking a motivated Web Intern to maintain and enhance our digital presence. This role offers hands-on experience in web development and design, with opportunities to build and deploy web applications for a dynamic nonprofit.

Responsibilities:

• Maintain and update the Next 11 Academy website.

• Design and build landing pages for new initiatives.

• Create and upload video content to the site.

• Develop custom web applications to streamline internal processes.

• Collaborate with the communications and design teams to ensure brand consistency.

Requirements:

• Studying or working in computer science, web design, or a related field.

• Experience with video editing and uploading.
